Managed Connectivity

As approved resellers of a large number of vendors, AFLEX can design, implement and manage your internet connectivity. We look at price, performance and redundancy to get you the best solution for your money.

Stable, reliable connectivity is essential to the seamless functioning of any business. The type of connectivity could make the difference between success and failure. When deciding on your connection strategy, there are many considerations to take into account. Combine this with the many options, infrastructure suppliers and vendors available, and the situation can quickly become overwhelming.

  1. How do you balance cost against effectiveness?
  2. How do you connect remote locations to your network?
  3. How do you ensure the integrity and security of your network?
  4. How do you minimise ‘single point of failures’ in your system?
  5. What does fibre optic offer that ADSL does not?
  6. Is a lease line worth the expense?

As approved resellers of a large number of vendors, AFLEX can take care of all of these questions and also ensure you get the best price possible.

It doesn’t have to be complicated. We have the knowledge of the best products available today so talk to us and let us help you, get and stay connected.

Thought about your backup connection?

With so many services, applications and even your phone system dependent on your internet connection, why not consider having a failover connection?

Business shouldn’t stop if your internet stops.

Technical bits

We can select, supply and manage from a broad range of connection types, listed below.

Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC)

FTTC integrates fibre  with traditonal copper infrastructures to deliver improved speeds and is more cost effective than end-to-end fibre networks.

ADSL Broadband

Still the most cost effective way to connect, ADSL provides contended connectivity where fibre optic is not available.

Leased Lines

For uncontended bandwidth with guaranteed, consistent speed and for faster symmetric download and upload, a Leased Line is the answer. With the ability to deliver speeds up to 10,000 Mbit/s, Leased Lines can be tailored to suit the need.

SD Networks (Software-defined)

Software-defined networks create flexible infrastructure architectures that centralise management, support PAYG models, respond rapidly to changing needs and quickly adjust provisions as needed. An SD network ensures that you can respond to the ever-changing virtual and cloud environment, and stay up to date with latest practices.

PWAN/IPVPN/MPLS

IP VPN (or Private Wide Area Network [PWAN]) solutions enable businesses to communicate securely between multiple sites, ensuring that no traffic between sites crosses over through public internet. Utilising varied reliable and cost effective connections and our next generation Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) network enables full IP address and routing control.

Point-to-Point

Ethernet Point-to-Point connects multiple sites on a local area network (LAN). Link remote offices to headquarters, or headquarters to data centres with speeds of up to 100Gbps at fixed prices.  Be confident of security with a dedicated connection.

Next Generation Fibre Optic (FTTP)

FTTP provides a fibre optic connection from our core network directly to your premises. This provides extremely low latency and high capacity but as a contented service it makes it a cost effective option for small / medium business or branch offices.
